With the increasement of various violent crimes, the controlling capacity of the basic level policeman has to stand the test frequently. We must take many measures together to ensure the safety in executing the laws. We should training the eligible basic level teachers and improve the basic level policeman＇ s equipment. The policeman should set up the right idea about the facing battles and enhance the police through the technology, in order to improve the controlling capacity of the policeman.
