疑难案件的形成并不仅在案件的初始状态,任何刑事案件都是一个不断发展变化的系统,很多的疑难案件往往是在侦查情势①相对明了的状态下由于“侦查中主体”自身的作用,将侦查情势导向了一种不确定、模糊的层面,从而使侦查出现了僵局,形成了疑难案件。所以对“侦查中主体”对于疑难案件形成的研究,进而寻找该种疑难案件的相应对策,突破僵局,化解疑难,就显得很有必要。

Therefore, it is very essential to make researches to the difficnlt case caused by subject in criminal investigation to break the bad lock and solve the difficnlt case.
