This paper concludes and extracts five dimensions which are most closely related to time concepts in different cultures, namely, attitudes towards deadline, attitude towards time sequence, clock time and suitable time, longterm and short-term orientation, one occurrence and multi-occurrence orientation. From these five dimensions, the paper elaborates on the temporal differences between Chinese and Western cultures.
