随着高速公路的快速发展,高速公路的建设体制创新问题引起了新的思考,本文主要对浙江省高速公路投资项目管理的现状进行了调研,分析比较了现行存在的五种高速公路项目管理模式的利与弊,站在投资方的立场上,提出几点创新发展的建议。

With the rapid development of expressway, many new ideas are aroused by the issue about the innovation of expressway construction system. In this paper, the investigation for the current condition of Zhejiang province expressway investment projects base on the subject of was presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the current five highway projects management modes was analyzed and compared with. And some suggestions about innovation as the investors was presented.
