The External Environment Analysis on Coal Enterprise of Henan Province

河南煤炭重点企业是河南经济发展的支柱产业,是河南经济可持续发展的关键。存在于河南煤炭企业边界之外的外部环境分为一般环境、产业环境和企业运营环境三个层次,它们对企业的经营、发展有着不同程度的影响。运用企业战略管理理论和波特竞争力理论对河南煤炭企业存在的外部环境分析研究,寻找其中影响企业经营、发展的有利和不利的外部环境因素,可以为企业制定发展战略提供参考。

The key coal enterprise is the foundmental enterprise for the economic development of Henan Province, and is essential for the sustainable development of society and economy of Henan Province. The external environment beyond Henan Province can be subsequently divided into common environment, industrial environment, and enterprise operation environment, which make different influences on the operation and development of enterprise. The favorable and unfavorable external environments, which influence the operation and development of enterprise are discussed in this paper. This is the foundation for establishment of economic developmental Strategy.
