对湖南调整优化产业结构的若干思考

On the Adjustment and Optimization of the Industrial Structure in China

湖南产业结构正处于快速变化的重要时期,必须从工业化、市场化、城市化、生态化,以及社会主义新农村建设等新的时代特点与发展趋势出发,分别针对不同产业进行不同的战略定位与责任定位,努力形成强势带动、优势扩张、均势竞争和弱势承接的不同发展战略与方式,通过组织集群化、规模集团化、分布集中化和经营集约化等途径,提高产业结构的现代适应性,促进产业结构的调整与优化。

The structure of industries in Hunan is undergoing an important period of rapid changes. So we should analyse the development tendency and the characteristics of the new era, such as industrialization, market-orientation, urbanization, ecology and the socialist new rural reconstruction, and carry out different strategic positioning and responsibility positioning in accordance with different industries. In order to form diversified development strategies and methods, which include strong power impetus, expansion of the advantages, the balance of competition, the development of the disadvantaged, we should also improve the modern adaptation and enhance the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure by means of clustered organization and integrated scale, centralized distribution and intensive management.
