Background and Significance of "Three Reigning" by the CPC

中国共产党在从中国革命到局部执政、从局部执政到全国执政,从善于革命到善于执政的历史实践中得出了“三个执政”的科学结论,这对于我党长期执政具有重大意义。坚持“三个执政”,必须不断完善“总揽全局、协调各方”的政治格局,处理好党和人大之间的关系,科学规范党和政府之间的关系,改善党管干部的方式。

'Three Reigning',a scientific conclusion summed up by the Communist Party of China from the history of revolution and reigning in China,is significant to the Party's long-range ruling.In order to stick to the 'Three Reigning',it is needed to constantly perfect the political structure of 'commanding the overall situation and coordinating the efforts of all quarters',well dispose the relations between the Party and people's congress,scientifically standardize the relations between the Party and government,and improve the Party's methods of conducting cadres.
