131例带状疱疹血象临床分析

Clinical analysis on blood picture of 131 cases with Herpes Zoster's patients

目的：了解带状疱疹治疗前后的血象变化情况，为本病的早诊断、早治疗提供依据。方法：对131例带状疱疹治疗前后采患者末梢血，用KX-21血球分析仪进行血象分析。结果：初诊第1天血象WBC：4～5×10^9／L81例（61．8％），其中LYM〉40％79例（97．5％）；治疗后第5灭．血象检查变化不大，WBC：4～5×10^9／L仍有78例（59．6％），其中LYM〉40％有70例（占90％）；治疗后第10天白细胞总数在4～5×10^9／L以下者有28例（21．4％），其中LYM〉40％有3例（10．7％），大部分恢复正常；后遗神经痛情况：发病1～3天确诊并治疗者1例（占3．2％）；发病4～7天确诊并治疗者7例（占22．6％）；发病8天以上确诊并治疔者23例（占74．2％）。结论：早诊断、早治疗的带状疱疹患者自细胞恢复至正常较快，后遗神经痛发生率亦较低。

Objective：The purpose of studying the blood picture changes of the patients, who suffered from Herpes Zoster before and after treatment, is to offer a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and early treatment of this disorder. Methods ： The peripheral blood samples, drawn respectively from 131 patients suffering from Herpes Zoster before and after treatment, are analyzed in KX - 21 Blood Analysis Gauge. Results： In the first day, i.e. just before treatment, of all confirmed cases, the WBC of 81 cases （61.8%） is between 4,000 and 5,000/ul, and Lymph cell of 79 of 81 cases （97.5%） is more than 40%. In the fifth day after treatment, a little change was found in Blood test： The WBC of 78 cases is still between 4,000 and 5,000/ul; Lymph cell of 70 cases （90%） 〉 40%. In the 10th day, WBC： between 4,000 and 5,000/ul, 28 cases （21.4%） ; Lymph cell 〉40% , 3 of 28 cases （10.7%） most had returned to normal. The neuralgic complication： Diagnosed and treated within 3 days after the onset of Zoster, there＇s only one case （ 3.2% ） involved in neuralgia ; between 4 and 7 days, 7 cases （ 22.6% ） ; in 〉 8days, 23 cases （ 74.2% ）. Conclusions： The earlier the diagnosis and treatment, the faster the WBCg recovery of the patients, and the lower the rate of the sequela of neuralgia.
