社会资本存量的多寡与分布均衡与否,直接影响着社区发展的绩效。目前,我国城市社区发展存在着社会资本存量不足、分布不均衡的现象。社会资本的重建是促进社区发展的理想路径选择。从社会资本的角度来看,社区发展主要在于加快社区制度建设、社区组织建设和社区文化建设等几个方面。
