With the more quickly development of our processing trade, the status and function of the processing trade in our economy is the more prominent. Under the advantageous international situations that the developed countries are practicing the new turn of industrial structure adjustments and shifts in the world scope currently, our processing trade is facing with the historical opportunity and urgent need of reformation and promotion. Through briefly reviewing and the analyzing development course and the characteristics of our processing trade, and basing on the international and domestic new situations, the article provides the countermeasures and way choice of reformation and the direction of promotion about our processing trade.
