摘要
提出智能测试系统的一种设计思想,它能使测试系统的静、动态性能和抗干扰性能都达到良好状态。同时还介绍了在这种设计思想指导下设计的数据库、算法库、知识库和简化总框图。最后用一个加速度传感器的动态校准和动态性能改进为例,检验整个程序。
A design idea of the intelligent measurement systems is presented. The static and dynamic performances and noise cancellation can be made in good condition. The data base ,algorithm base ,knowledge base and the simplified system block diagram are introduced. Finally ,the dynamic calibration and performance improvement of an accelerometer are given in order to check all programs.
