摘要
在分析小角度测量基本原理和特点的基础上,介绍了光波干涉小角度测量的方法和一种新型双参考镜激光干涉小角度测量仪的测角原理、功能特点及具体应用方法。
On the basis of analysing the fundamental principle and characteristic of micro-angle measurement, this paper presents the method of the optical interferometric measurement for micro-angle as well as the principle of angular measurement functional characteristic and application method of a new type of laser interferometric measuring instrument with double reference mirrors for micro-angle.
