采用覆膜同轴探头的均匀介质在线测量技术的分析

摘要 本文介绍一种用于均匀介质在线测量的覆(塑胶)膜的终端开路同轴线传感器及其工作原理。这种传感器除了在定标时须用三种标准液体之外,其测量系统与测量过程和用标准终端开路同轴线传感器时没有什么区别。当塑胶膜的厚度小于0.24mm时,在0.6至2.6GHz频率范围内覆膜与非覆膜两种情况的测量结果完全一致。新的传感器能防止测量液体引起的化学反应,并能与待测固体保持良好的软接触。 In this paper, the open-ended coaxial line coated with plastic film as a new sensor for homogeneous dielectric measurement as well as its operation principle is presented. With one exception that three reference liquids are necessary for calibration, the measurement system and measurement procedure using this sensor have little difference to the ease using an open-ended coaxial line sensor. When the thickness of the plastic film is less than 0.24mm, the measured results both with and without the plastic film eases are quite agreeable in a range of 0.6~2.6GHz. The new sensor can prevent chemieal reaction from the measuring liquids and has a good soft-contact with solid material under measurement.
