This paper discusses the question of the syntactic function of the third personal pronouns ＂jue（厥）, qi（其）, zhi（之）＂ in Western Zhou Chinese. ＂ jue＂（厥） was used mainly as attributive, secondarily as subject, occasionally as concurrent element; ＂qi＂（其） was used mainly as attributive, secondarily as subject; ＂zhi＂（之） was used mainly as object, occasionally as attributive and concurrent element. The syntactic function of ＂jue＂（厥） and ＂qi＂（其） is the same basically, the two are relations of the new or old word; The syntactic of ＂zhi＂（之） and ＂jue＂（厥）/＂qi＂（其） is different.
