摘要
介绍一种棱镜分光式、无干涉滤光片的多波长精密(标准)硅光电高温计。实验表明,此仪器信噪比高、稳定性好、波长选择性好,且结构紧凑。
A new precise (standard)multiwavelength pyrometer with a composite prism instead of interference filters is introduced.It can be concluded from the calibration and experimental results that the pyrometer has many advantages such as high signal-to-noise ratio,high stability of the system,great versatility of wavelength selected,great simplicity of construction as well as convenient operation and so on.
