The Environmental Design for the Manor (Yinghai Villas)

通过对瀛海名居别墅区环境设计的案例分析,提出如何在居住区环境设计中贯彻“宜居”理念,如何利用乡土植物的种植与配置营造“家园”的氛围,弱化建筑体量和规划设计带来的居住区方向感不明确、建筑间难于识别的问题,通过种植规划、标识系统、水景以及小品等几个方面的设计来区分组团和道路景观特色,以达到增强小区整体识别性和归属感的目的。以少而精的原则有的放矢地运用水景,以实现宜居、自然并可持续发展的特色居住区环境。

With the case study of the environmental design for the Manor （Yinghai Villas）, the problems of how to implement the concept of ＂comfortable living＂ in the environmental design for residential districts and how to use native plants to create a homelike atmosphere so that the blurred sense of direction and difficult recognition of buildings could be decreased were discussed in this paper. Through planting planning, marking systems, waterscape and other sketch arrangements, the design tried to distinguish the complex and raad landscape features so as to enhance the overall recognition and a sense of purpose in the district. The waterscape was used in line with the principle of fewer but perfect to create a characterized residential district with a comfortable living, natural and sustainable environment.
