摘要
对统计过程控制技术（ＳＰＣ）在柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）中的应用进行了研究，主要研究内容包括：适用于多品种、小批量生产的质量控制图；基于神经网络的质量控制图异常模式自动识别技术。
The statistical process control techniques used in the flexible manufacturing systems(FMS) are studied in this paper. Control charts which can be used in the low volume production are proposed. The automatic recognizer of unnatural p&tterns for the control chart by using backpropagation neural network is also presented.
