A robotic tactility and recognition system is introduced. The system can stably srasp mechanical ports as well as brittle objects such as egss, glass containers, etc., and can acquire and process the tactile image of an object automatically when grasping the object.The system can also recognise some regular objects based on the tactile image sequences acquired from the two ductile sensors. The system will present practical technologies for intelligent robots.
