Hierarchic Neural Networks of Cerebral Neocortex

提出了一种层级神经网络模型，其基本结构特点是：下级网络是上一级网络的单元，由神经元→局部回路→微柱→巨柱→功能中枢→功能中枢联结群（大脑新皮层）逐级组织起来。

This paper proposes a model of hierarchic neural networks. The basic structure of this model is as the following:low level networks are the units of the higher level networks, and it is progressively organized by neurons→local circuits→microcolumns→macrocolumns→functional centers→whole cerebral neocortex.
