摘要
介绍了利用稻壳为原料,在复合催化剂作用下合成β-SiC晶须的方法,研究了硅碳比、氩气流量对SiC晶须生长的影响。结果表明,在复合催化剂作用下,SiC晶须的含量达到30%以上,晶须表面光洁,为完整β-SiC单晶晶须。对其催化机理也进行了研究。
The method of Synthesizing β-SiC whisker with composite catalyst from rice hulls has been introduedin this peper. The effect of Silicon/C ratio and Ar flux on the growth of SiC whisker has been studied. The results indicate that the content of the SiC whisker is over 30% with the role of the composite catalyst. The surface of the SiC whisker is smooth. These SiC whiskers are single crystals with βcrystal structure. And the catalytic mechanism has been studied.
