摘要
叙述了一种通用智能镍镉充电器的设计与实现方法。该方法摒弃了传统的工频变压器,采用TOPSwitch-Ⅱ系列单片开关电源,缩小了体积、减轻了重量;在单片机控制下可实现对(3.6~25)V镍镉电池以不同的速率进行脉冲充电。该系统结构简单,控制灵活、使用方便,适合镍镉电池使用密集、型号繁多的情况下使用。
A system of a general intelligent charging device for Ni-Cd battery is introduced. To reduce volume and weight of the charger, this system adopts monolithic switch power instead of industrial frequency transformer, and with the control of monolithic computer, it can charge (3.6-25) V Ni-Cd battery in various speed. The circuit structure of the system is simple, controlling method is nimble, and it is convenient to use. It is fit to be used under concentrated battery used and various models circumstance.
