摘要
介绍国内外房地产泡沫测量基础上详细介绍了我国现今使用最广的房地产泡沫指标法,并分析目前我国在使用该法量化分析房地产泡沫中存在的问题,最后对我国房地产泡沫量化研究提出几点建议。
The argument that whether the real estate exists bubbles continues, mainly because of the lack of quantitative analysis is presented. On the basis of measurement of the real estate bubble in domestic and abroad it specifically introduces index of real estate bubbles the most widely used now. The problem of using index of real estate bubbles is analysed in quantitative analysis of our real estate bubble. Lastly a few suggestions for quantitative study of our real estate bubble is put forward.
