摘要
通过GMA半薄切片技术对多胚品系APⅣ受精前和受精后胚囊内发育进度异常胚胎的观察表明,APⅣ在开花后15h到5d,存在低频率发育进度较正常受精发育形成的胚提早或推迟的胚胎。
By using the technology of GMA semi-thin sectioning the embryos with abnormal rate of development in polyembryonic rice strain APⅣwas studied. The results showed: From one and half hours to five days after flowering, low frequencies of embryos developing earlier or later than that of the normal embryo were observed. These embryos probably originated from the parthenogenesis of some cells in the eight-nucleate embryo sac.
