摘要
用分光光度法测定了甘蓝型油菜3对黄—黑籽近等基因系成熟前期种子皮壳中的花色素、多酚、苯丙烯酸的含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性。结果表明,黄籽皮壳中的花色素、多酚和它们的共同合成前体———反式苯丙烯酸的含量都极显著低于黑籽的。因此。
The objective of this research is to understand the biochemical.mechanism of seedcoat colour variation in B.napus.The quantity of anthocyanidins, polyphenols, trans-cinnamic acid and the activity of phenyialanine ammonia lyase(PAL)was measured with spectrophotometric methods in seed hulls of three pairs of near isogenic,black-and yellow-seeded B. napus.It was indicated that the contents of anthocyanidins, polyphenols, their common precursor trans-cinnamic acid in seed hulls of yellow-seeded lines were extremely ,lower than those of their near isogenic black-seeded ones.In addition,the PAL activities were also. significantly lower in seed hulls of yellow-seeded lines.It could be concluded that both melanins and anthocyanidins were responsible for seedcoat colour variation in B. napus.It was suggested that the function change or the mutation of some genes related to their common shikimicphenylalanine pathway might be the course of seedcoat colour variation and its multiple effects in rape seed.
