摘要
在土壤含热水溶性硼为0.09mg/kg(-B)与外加硼至1.0mg/kg(+B)的条件下,盆栽70个陆地棉(GiosypiumhirsutumL)品种,以检验品种间对缺硼敏感性差异。结果表明,70个品种的地上部干物重敏感系数(-B/+B×100)为26.6~102之间。如以其干物重敏感系数小于50为缺硼敏感品种,大于90为不敏感品种,获得敏感品种3个,不敏感品种5个。在缺硼条件下叶片硼效率(单位硼所产生的干物重)与缺硼敏感系数相关性达5%水准,不敏感品种硼效率高,敏感品种硼效率低。但无论缺硼与否。
Under boron deficient(-B,HWSB of the applied soil 0.09 mg/kg)and normal(+B,added to 1.0mg/kg)conditions, this experiment was conducted to study the susceptibility of 70 cotton cultivars[Giossypium hirsutum.L]in response to B deficiency. The results showed that there were apparent differences among the cultivars and the dry weight susceptibility coefficient of the shoots[(-B+B)×100]fluctuated between 26.6 and 102.3 boron sensitive cultivars whose coefficients were less than 50 and 5 non-sensitive whose coefficients were more than 90 were selected.It was also found that the B-using efficiency had significant relationship with B deficieny sensitivity when the cultivars were under the B deficient condition.In this situation,The B-using efficiency of the non-sensitive was high and that of the sensitive low. However,the amount of B-uptakig of different cultivars did not change much with the sensitivity of B dificiency.
