摘要 神经营养因子在突触水平、轴突水平和细胞水平,乃至神经系统的附属结构水平上,可以调节中枢神经系统的再生。关于神经系统的免疫分子,新近的研究显示,中枢神经系统不是免疫豁免器官,中枢神经系统的免疫反应对中枢神经系统的再生有促进作用,一些原来被认为只有在免疫系统中存在的大分子还被证明参与中枢神经系统的发育与再生,而且不依赖于免疫系统。因此,作者推测神经营养因子和免疫分子间存在相互作用。 Neurotrophins promote and modulate the repair and regeneration of central nervous system (CNS) on the levels of synapses, neurites and neural cells, and even of the auxiliary structures of CNS. As to immune molecules, recent studies denied the classical doctrine that CNS is an immune privilege organ. In the last decade, it is found that immune responses can be beneficial for CNS repair. What are more, some maeromolecules that were previously thought to be the members of the family of immune system play essential roles in the development and regeneration of the CNS. Therefore, the authors postulate that there are crosstalks be- tween the neurotrophins and the immune molecules in the CNS.
