扩治疗对放射性颞下颌关节强直功能改善的疗效观察

Effect of Expansion of Occlusion on Radiation Ankylosis of Tempormandibular Joint

目的观察强制性扩治疗对改善鼻咽癌患者放疗后颞下颌关节强直的效果。方法166例放射性颞下颌关节强直患者随机分为试验组83例,实行扩治疗;对照组83例,行其他治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果试验组患者经扩治疗后,绝对开口度的扩大值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),延缓颞下颌关节强直进程明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论强制性扩治疗能有效延缓颞下颌关节强直的进程,扩大开口度,恢复或部分恢复其咬和咀嚼功能。

Objective To observe the effect of forced expansion of occlusion on radiation ankylosis of tempormandibular joint of patients with nasopharynx cancer after radiotherapy. Methods 166 patients with ankylosis of tempormandibular joint were randomly divided into the treatment group （83 cases, treated with forced expansion of occlusion） and control group （83 cases, with other treatment）. Results The absoluteness value of degree of mouth opening in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01）, and the course of ankylosis of tempormandibular joint in the treatment group was obviously delayed compared with the control group （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The forced expansion of occlusion can delay the course of ankylosis of tempormandibular joint, expand the degree of mouth opening, recover or partially recover the occlusion and chaw function.
