大鼠海马突起坍塌蛋白Sema3A及其受体neuropilin-1 mRNA的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大鼠海马Sema3A及其受体neuropilin-1(NP-1)mRNA在发育过程中表达的规律。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测大鼠海马发育不同阶段Sema3A及其受体NP-1 mRNA的表达。结果Sema3A电泳条带灰度呈下降趋势,在胚胎期、新生期有较高的表达,幼年期、成年期和老年期表达较弱。NP-1电泳条带在大鼠海马发育的各个时期均有较高的表达,以胚胎期最高,新生期表达相对其他时期弱,但在幼年期、成年期和老年维持较高表达水平。结论大鼠海马在胚胎期和新生期是非目的性突起坍塌的活跃期,幼年、成年和老年期处于相对休眠期;NP-1始终处于高表达状态,可能参与神经退行性疾病的发生。
