摘要
利用磁性分离的作用原理,对微粒分析仪的性能和使用效果进行了实验室评定。试验结果表明:微粒分析仪的性能稳定,完全能满足机器故障诊断的技术要求;磁性分离技术不失为机器故障诊断的一种有效方法。
The performance and measuring effects of wear debris analyser are evaluated based on the principles of magnetic separation at laboratory. The test results show that wear debris analyser has stable characteristics and can fully meet the technique require-ments in mechanical fault diagnosis and magnetic separation technique is an effective method for mechanical fault diagnosis.
