10株柔嫩艾美耳球虫对四种药物的抗药性检测

Assay of Drug Resistance to Coccidiostats of 10 Field Isolates of Eimeria tenella in China

从4省市10个鸡场分离到10株柔嫩艾养耳球虫，使用AA肉鸡按每只鸡接种10万卵囊，对马杜霉素、百球清、盐霉素和拉沙里菌素的敏感性进行了测试。依照最适抗球虫活性百分率、相对卵囊产量和病变记分减少率3项指标，检测结果显示：30％虫株对马杜霉素和百球清有抗药性，40％虫株对拉沙里菌素有抗药性，70％虫株对盐霉素有抗药性，80％虫株对两种或两种以上的药物有抗药性。虫株的抗药谱带有明显的地方性。此外，对抗药虫株的鉴定标准进行了讨论。

The sensitivity of 10 field isolates of Eimeria tenella from four provinces or cities to Maduramcin (5 mg·kg(-1)), Toltrazuril (25 mg·kg(-1)), Salinomycin (60 mg ·kg-1) and Lasalocid (75 mg·kg(-1))was tested in AA broiler chickens inoculated with a dosage of 100 000 oocysts esch bird. By the parameters of optimum anticoccidial activity, relative oocyst production of ceca and reduction of ceca lesion scores, the experiments revealed that 30% the isolates were resistant to Maduramicin and Toltrazuril,40 % to Lasalocid, 70% to Salinomycin and 80% to two or more coccidiostats. The drug resistance spectrum of the isolates was characterlzed by endemicity. The criterion for identification of drug resistance ofcoccidia was discussed.
