摘要
取黑龙江省哈尔滨和佳木斯市郊及东北农业大学园艺试验站收集和分离的２０个番茄枯萎病菌菌株，在进行专化型测定的基础上，用国际上通用的已知基因型的番茄品种做为鉴别寄主，采用泡子悬浮液浸根接种法进行了小种鉴定．结果表明，２０个供试菌株均属于尖孢镰刀菌番茄专化型１号生理小种（Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｏｘｙｓｐｏｒｕｍｆ．ｙｐ．Ｌｙｃｏｐｅｒｓｉｃｉｒａｃｅｌ）．
Twenty isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp.lycopersici collected from the suburban areas of Harbin, Jiamusi city and the experitmental station of the Northeast Agricultural differential varieties by root dip inoculation method. Based on their pethogenicity on 3 differential varieties.all isolates were suggested to belong to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lyeopersicirace 1.
