人均GDP3000美元时期的城市发展研究——国际比较及对长江三角洲的启示

URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHASE OF PER CAPITA GDP 3000 DOLLARS

中国正有越来越多的城市人均GDP达到3000美元,这是城市发展过程中一个重要的转折时期,在给城市带来诸多机遇的同时,也将使其遭遇新的挑战。通过回顾、比较国外城市在此阶段的发展经验和教训,揭示出人均GDP3000美元时期城市化进程、城市和区域空间结构演化、城市问题等方面的一般特征。结合人均GDP已突破3000美元的长江三角洲地区城市发展现状,从城市化推进、城市和区域空间组织、城市问题的应对等角度,对人均GDP3000美元后长江三角洲地区城市的持续、健康发展进行了思考。

The per capita GDP of more and more cities in China have reached 3000 dollars. It is the most important transitional period in the urban development, which brings the cities many opportunities as well as new challenges. By reviewing and comparing the experiences and lessons of cities of other countries at this phase, this paper reveals the common characteristics of the phase in the aspects of urbanization process, spatial structure development of city and region and urban problems when per capita GDP reaches 3000 dollars. With Yangtze River Delta as an example, this paper analyzes the sustainable and healthy development of this area from the perspectives of urbanization, layout of cities and regions and countermeasures of city problems.
