加强作物遗传育种学科建设促进出人才出成果

ENHANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OF CROP GENE TICS AND BREEDING COURSE, PROMOTING BRINGING UP TALENTED PEOPLE AND MAKING RESEARCH ACHIEVMENTS

总结了湖南农业大学作物遗传育种学科建设的指导思想、措施、实施效果等方面的内容．通过优化教学内容体系、抓教学大纲、改进教学方法、加强实践技能培养等措施，促进了教学质量的提高，并建设了一支力量强的学科队伍．近５年来共选育出新品种２４个，发表科研论文１２０篇，１９８５～１９９５年取得科技成果２０项．１９９５年该学科获博士学位授予权，并建立了农学博士后流动站．

The guiding ideology,measures and practical effectiveness of the construction of crop genetics and breeding course in our university were reviewed.Resulted from improving the teaching content system and teaching methodology,enhancing the training measures of practical ability and skills,the teaching quality had been improved and a number of qualified scientists had been brought up.In the last five years,24 new variaties were bred,120 papers were published,20 serentific and technoligical achievements were made.In 1995,our university was awarded the authority to confer students Doctor tittle.The post doctor research station in agronomy was established in the same year.
