In this paper, the following problems are mainly discussed; the necessary unity between technological and economic eflects; suitable tree species selection in given regions to coincide the sites; the better economic benefit of regenration versus afforestation; the quantifying performance of transfering rate of favourable site resources; determinating the age of cultivation; the effect of juvenile phase on the whole cycle biomass; analysis of the main technical measures; cost structure analysis; scale benefit analysis; and comparison of the economic result index systems.
