天蚕、柞蚕及种间杂种F1代卵壳的超微形态学研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用扫描电镜观察了天蚕(AntheraeaYamamai),柞蚕(AntheraeaPernyi)及种间杂交F1代卵壳的表面及断面构造。结果表明:F1代卵壳颜色及形态相似于天蚕,受精孔数目F1代与天蚕相似为7~10个,略少于柞蚕。其中柞蚕(♀)×天蚕(♂)卵的受精孔部分排列为2轮,这在昆虫卵中还不多见。卵壳断面大致可区分为3个层次:外层较厚呈海绵状;中层最厚呈片层状,较致密; The surface and seciton of the egg shell of giant silkworm (Antheraea Yamama),oak silkworm (Antheraea Pernyi)and their F 1 hybrids were observed with scanning electron microscope.The results were as follows.The color and shape of egg shell of F 1 generation were similar to those of giant silkworm.The number of micropyles of F 1 generation was 7-10,near to that of giant silkworm and less than oak silkworm.The micropyles on some F 1 generation (oak silkworm(♀)×giant silkworm (♂)) were arranged in two circles,which was hardly observed in any other insects.The section of egg shell was divided into three layers:spongy in the outer layer,lamellar,thicker and denser in the middle layer,thinner and denser in the inner layer.
