摘要
本文根据北方农村能源生态模式的特点提出了经济效益与综合效益并重的两级评价方法。
The paper puts forward a two-grade evaluation method on the basis of the characteristics of energy-ecology model in the northem village and discusses the related problms of using the method with an example.
