The Design and Development of Computer Cotrolling System for Power-supply Distrbution Net in Countryside in Liaoning Province

本文以辽宁省农电局供电系统为研究对象，根据农电系统管理的特点和现状，在ＰＣ－４８６微机上，采用结构化系统分析与设计技术，设计和开发了一个实用的农电配电网管理计算机系统。本文比较详细地介绍了此系统的功能、特点、软硬件环境和运行实例。该系统对提高农电配电网管理的科学性，有计划地分配用电制度。

A practical controlling system has been designed and developed according to the theories of structural system analysis and design technology, and the current administration situation for power-supply distribution net in countryside in Liaonign Province. The function, featrue ,suitable conditions for the software and hardware operation and some operational examples of the system have been discussed.
