探讨经尿道前列腺增生电切术后出血原因及其治疗(附21例报告)

Causes and management of postoperative bleeding of BPH patients treated with TURP(report of 21 cases)

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后出血原因及其有效的治疗措施。方法回顾性分析21例BPH者TURP术后出血原因及治疗效果。结果出血的原因主要有患者的高危因素及TURP术治疗中处理失当等。21例中,13例经一般治疗后出血缓解;8例于电切镜下冲洗血凝块并电凝止血后好转。结论全面的术前准备、准确的术中及术后处理,是减少BPH患者TURP术后出血的关键。

[Objective] To evaluate the causes and management of postoperative bleeding in patients treated with transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. [Methods] A total of 21 patients of postoperative bleeding with BPH treated with TURP were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] The causes of bleeding consisted of patients aspects and improper therapy. 13 cases were alleviated with general treatment, 8 cases including 2 cases of recurred bleeding underwent transurethral bladder washing and coagulating and achieved successful results. [Conclusion] Comprehensive preoperative analysis, correct intraoperative and postoperative management are important measures to reduce postoperative bleeding of BPH treated with TURP.
