干旱对苹果叶片形态解剖结构的影响

Affection of Aridity to Anatomical Structure on Apple Leaves

扫描电子显微镜观察结果看出，抗旱力不同的种类，品种的苹果叶片解剖结构差别不大，气孔结构大致相同，气孔密度没有明显差异；经干旱胁迫处理后，抗旱力强的种类气孔明显下陷。

The observation by using scanning electron microscope(SEM)showed:theanatomical structure of leaves had no obvious difference on different species and varieties todrought resistance,the stomata structures were roughly the same.The density of stomata hadno evident difference. The stomata of Species and varieties which had strong drought resistancewas sunken obviously after treatment of water stress.
