摘要
本文通过观察茄子远缘杂交后代Ｓｏｌａｎｕｍａｅｔｈｉｏｐｉｃｕｍ×Ｓ．ｍｅｌｏｎｇｅｎａＦ１和其双亲的花粉母细胞减数分裂，发现杂种Ｆ１花粉母细胞减数分裂异常，出现单价体、落后染色体和染色体桥等现象，这种减数分裂后期染色体分配不均衡是造成花粉粒败育的原因。
The result of observing pollen mother cell meiosis showed that the meiosis of the inter-specific hybrid (Solanum aethiopicum L. ×S. melogena L.)is irregular. Laggards,bridgesand univalents are observed frequently.The distribution of chromcasomes to the poles of cells isunequal. These irregularities cause the consiberrable abortion of pollens.
