摘要
本文通过观察茄子远缘杂交后代Solanumaethiopicum×S.melongenaF1和其双亲的花粉母细胞减数分裂,发现杂种F1花粉母细胞减数分裂异常,出现单价体、落后染色体和染色体桥等现象,这种减数分裂后期染色体分配不均衡是造成花粉粒败育的原因。
The result of observing pollen mother cell meiosis showed that the meiosis of the inter-specific hybrid (Solanum aethiopicum L. ×S. melogena L.)is irregular. Laggards,bridgesand univalents are observed frequently.The distribution of chromcasomes to the poles of cells isunequal. These irregularities cause the consiberrable abortion of pollens.
