摘要
根据我国农机工业的发展形势和高等教育改革的动向，探讨了面向２１世纪工科院校农机学科应培养什么样的人才。
Based on the investigation of the requrement of personnel in development of agricultural machinery industry and the tendency of university education reform, it was studied that what kind of qualified technicians and how to deepen teaching reform in the speciality of agricultural machinery in universities.
