With the development of Chinese economy, natural resources and technology become two great difficuhies for the ＂Peaceful Spring＂ of China. The article analyzes the internal relations between natural resources, technology and the ＂Peaceful Spring＂ of a country, from the different viewpoints of history and reality respectively. At last, the article brings forward its opinions about how China does break through the predicament and achieves the ＂Peaceful Spring＂.
