摘要
探讨增强高校德育实效性方法与途径,不应局限于如何塑造学生的研究,从“学生取向”到“教师取向”的思维转变,是研究增强高校德育实效性方法与途径的必要前提。摆脱德育评价物化倾向的束缚去观察,坚定的职业信仰、较高的职业道德品质以及一定的德育能力,是高校德育教师必备的基本素质。
To inquire into the approach of enhancing the moral education effect, much importance should be attached not only to how to educate the students but to teachers' quality because it' s the basis of moral education. It' s college teachers' basic quality to get rid of material appraising tendency for moral education and to strengthen professional belief, higher moral quality and proper moral ability.
