摘要
采用二次正交旋转组合试验方法,研究了热风干燥风温、风速、载料量对脱水效率、能耗、色泽及营养素损失的影响规律。采用多目标优化技术确定了优质、高效。
The effect of temperature, velocity of thermal airflow and weight load on water removing rate,energy comsumption,color and nutrient loss was studied by using quadratic cross rotary design method. The multi objective optimization technique method was used to determine the parameters of high quality, high efficiency and energy saving technology.
