摘要
通过模拟试验,运用多元线性回归和流变模型参数分析的方法对苹果在贮存、运输和碰撞时的机械损伤规律和评价方法进行了研究。着重分析了由粘弹性变形引起的延迟损伤的特点和用它来评价预测损伤的可能性。得出了贮运过程中机械损伤程度与主要影响因素之间关系的数学模型。
The law and the method of evaluation of apple bruise during transport, storage and impact were studied by using the Multiple Regression and Rheological model parament analysis. In this study,the delay bruise caused by viscoelastic deformation and the possibility of using it to predict the bruise of apple were emphasized. The math. model of relationship between mechanical bruise and primary affecting factors were found. The correlations among evaluating indexs were also given.
