摘要
斯威夫特的成名小说《洼地》(1983)一直是当代英国文学研究的热点之一。鉴于其为一部典型的后现代主义小说,为能更好地解读这位文坛新秀的作品提供新的视角,本文试图从探究《洼地》的不确定性——后现代派文学作品的主要特征入手,进而进一步加深我们对后现代主义小说的了解。
The postmodernistic novel Waterland by Graham Swift has always been the hot topic in the modern British literature research field. This paper attempts to study on the indeterminacy of Waterland. Indeterminacy is the typical feature of the postmodernism, Therefore, the indeterminacy studies may bring us to a new plateau in the interpretation of Waterland. We also can learn more on the postmodernistic novel from this point.
