21世纪是知识经济和网络信息时代,科技的发展、社会的开放带来了思维方式的改变,社会道德价值观呈日益多元化趋势,不同文化的冲突、价值观的碰撞、道德选择的困惑日益激烈,高校大学生中出现了道德信仰迷失、道德意识弱化、道德情感冷漠、道德行为失范等严峻局面。应充分利用网络的教育优势,突出社会主义荣辱观教育,宏扬传统文化教育,完善道德评价及测定体系,加强校园文化建设,发挥实践的道德品质塑造作用。
