公司治理结构研究的是企业制度安排问题,本质上是描述企业不同成员之间的契约关系的现代企业组织管理制度。本文通过对世界范围内上市公司治理结构改革研究的部分理论综述进行相关整理,希望能对我国上市公司治理结构与建立社会主义市场经济的要求,与加入WTO后的要求有借鉴意义。

This text passes to parts of theories overviews of the research of company corporate governance reform to carry on a related sorting to listed company inside the scope in the world, hope to our country＇s listed company manage the request of structure and establishment socialism market economy, drawing lessons with joining a request in WTO.
