Separation of Contribution of Human Resources and Contribution of Material Resources Based on Factors of Production and its Model Design

从价值角度将生产要素概括为人力资本和物力资本两个方面,从而按照这两个方面对企业人力、物力创造的贡献价值进行分离,并对分离的必要性及其分离模型的设计作了系统的研究,通过分离模型反映人力物力创造的贡献价值,为计量人力资本群体、个体贡献价值创造条件。

In terms of value,factors of production can be classified into human resources and material resources. Contributions of the two resources can be separated. This paper studies the necessity of the separation and its model design. The respective contribution of human resources and material resources can be reflected by this model, through which farourable conditions can be created for the measurement of the contribution of human resources of a group and that of individuals.
