摘要
国外新出现的微型跨国公司是一种特殊的国际化公司组织形式。它有别于大型跨国公司和其他类型国际化小公司。文章介绍了微型跨国公司的定义及与大型跨国公司的区别,分析了微型跨国公司成功的因素和营销的特点,并对我国中小企业选择微型跨国公司模式提出了一些建议。
The micro multinational corporation that appears oversea newly is a special form of international company. It is different from the large - scale multinational corporation and other small international companies. The article introduced the definition of the micro - multinational corporation and its difference from the large - scale multinational corporation, analyzed its factor to succeed and the marketing characteristic, and put forward some proposals for the SME to chose the micro multinational corporation.
